These are our two blastocysts; our two miracles. To achieve pregnancy has been a journey, an adventure. In summary, we have undergone: two surgeries, induced menopause (oh, so fun!), multiple oral medications, hundreds of injections, three IUI's, one round of IVF which led to a miscarriage, and then the miraculous IVF round #2 where all of our prayers were answered. I know this information is personal, but it's our life. Millions of couples experience these same struggles; my hope is to make someone else's journey a little less strenuous and to give them hope for a miracle of their own.
These two blastocysts, on their fifth day of existence, were implanted on June 20, 2007.
